The Law Students' Human Rights Movement is one of the most prestigious student assemblies of the Sri Lanka Law College, endeavouring for the amelioration and enrichment of the Human Rights of the people of Sri Lanka. We also strive to educate and inform our students, school going children, as well as the general public regarding the all-encompassing nature and the necessity of recognizing and protecting our inherent Human Rights and enlighten them about the current issues facing our communities. The Law students' Human Rights Movement annually organizes numerous events and programs in this regard and also concerns itself with the enrichment and protection of Human Rights in our society. We humbly believe that it is our fundamental social responsibility as law students and future Attorneys-at-Law.
